How do you price my property?

We don't guess. We adjust.

We use dynamic pricing based on seasonality, demand, local events, booking patterns, and market conditions. Rates are continually reviewed to help maximize occupancy and average daily revenue.

How do you screen guests?

Not every booking is a good booking.

We use guest verification, profile and history reviews, payment verification, and purpose-of-stay checks. For mid-term stays, we can also verify employment or placement details when relevant.

Where will my property be listed?

One listing. More places to find it.

We market properties across major platforms including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, and HomeAway to reach more qualified guests and create more opportunities for bookings.

Who handles guest problems and maintenance?

You won’t be the emergency contact.

Guests contact Solara directly, 24/7. We troubleshoot issues, coordinate vetted vendors when needed, manage access, keep you updated, and provide documentation when maintenance is completed. You can also set an approval threshold for larger expenses.

Can I still use my property?

Your home is still your home.

Absolutely. You can block dates through your owner calendar whenever you’d like to use the property. We’ll coordinate the necessary turnaround before and after your stay.

What if my property isn’t ready for professional management?
